Super Mario Bros. is a platform game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). It was released in 1985 and is considered one of the most iconic video games of all time. The game follows Mario, a plumber, as he jumps and runs through various levels, collecting coins and defeating enemies to rescue Princess Peach.
